Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 15-day policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, clean, and intact with all original tags, labels, and original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return or exchange, please WhatsApp us at 9911689993 with your order number, or email us at olariefashion@gmail.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Exchanges or returns will only be processed after discussion with us. Any piece sent to us without prior approval will not be accepted and will have to be picked up by the customer.
Refunds & Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed based on your original method of payment:

Prepaid Orders: Your money will be refunded directly to your original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: You will be issued a store credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. Store credits have a validity of 3 months.
Note: Products purchased using credit vouchers are not eligible for further exchanges or returns.
Fit & Style Issues
If the ordered piece doesn't fit you, please ship the piece back to us with the details of the size you wish to exchange it for. If the style doesn't suit you, you can return it for a refund or store credit based on your payment method (as detailed above). We only offer a one-time exchange per order.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. In case any item is found defective, damaged, or missing from the order, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do not provide an exchange or return if the piece is found to be damaged from your end.

We ship orders within 7-10 business days. Once shipped, the standard delivery timeline is 2-6 days depending on the place of delivery.

Please note that any delays in delivery due to logistical issues are out of our control and we will not be liable for the same.
Cancellation
We do not offer order cancellations. We highly recommend reviewing the size chart carefully before placing an order. If you have any confusion or questions, you can always contact us!
